Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule, in order to avoid being charged for that session. In case of an emergency or illness, we understand and will give you a full credit for that session. Our teachers spend their days planning and setting up for each individual lesson, so please try to give as much notice as possible!
Free Online Intro Lesson
Cloud Chords offers a free 30 minute intro lesson for all new online students! This gives students a chance to meet their teacher, try an online lesson, and make sure it's a good fit before committing to anything. If you don't want to continue taking lessons from us, you pay nothing. We're confident that you'll love learning music with us!
